Our grandmother, a single mother raising ten in the challenging Chicago projects, instilled in us the power and culture of food and its ability to nourish and comfort.
Growing up amidst great adversity, Chef Julius found solace in the kitchen, learning the art of transformation. From humble beginnings, he cultivated a deep appreciation for the joy that food brings. His culinary journey led him from the streets to culinary school, where he honed his craft and further ignited his passion.
